  • Large Add-Ons for Posters
  • Small Add-Ons for Table Tents

How to prepare your add-ons

  • Select an add-on and download it to your desktop.
  • Open in Microsoft Word. The add-on will look slightly faded in your viewing window. This is by design for customizing.
  • Locate the customizable fields for your Web site address and library logo. The logo spot will be on the white field.
  • Type in your Web site address. The shorter the better. You may need to manually adjust the size of the font to ensure readability and appearance.
  • To import your logo, first select the copy box that reads Your library logo here.
  • Then go to Insert in the Word menu.
  • Choose Select Picture and the From File option.
  • Locate your logo and click Insert.
  • You may need to do some manual adjusting to ensure look and placement. When complete, perform a Save as and rename file.
  • Send to your office printer. You can print in color or black and white.
  • Print on a heavy paper stock. Card stock if possible. This will give it more rigidity and more durability.
  • Cut out the add-on following the solid line. The color will bleed over that line.
  • Attach to your posters or shelf talkers using tape or glue.
